Catherine is the founder and Clinical Director of the Optimal Brain Institute

I began working with neurofeedback in 1997. Since then, I have evaluated and trained hundreds of child, adolescent, and adult clients. My previous experience as an educator and psychiatric rehabilitation specialist has been helpful in understanding the needs of this diverse group of people, for many of whom neurofeedback has been a journey of incredible healing and success. I am certified in Neurophysiology and I utilize the most current approaches in neurofeedback, as well as offering Tests of Variables of Attention (TOVA). I have presented workshops at a number of neurofeedback conferences, and I provide on-going supervision to neurofeedback clinicians in our area and throughout the country.
