Dr. Robert Brandt has been a clinical psychologist since July 1977. He has been in full time private practice since 1982. His areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, phobias, OCD, compulsive overeating, bulimia, substance abuse, couple counseling and emotional aspects of chronic illness. He is the co-founder of The FACE Program, a psycho-educational approach to weight management and compulsive eating issues.
Joan Swerdlow-Brandt, LICSW, received her MSW in 1979 and worked as a senior alcoholism therapist in an in-patient alcoholism treatment program. She has been in private practice since 1982, specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety, eating disorders, substance abuse and couple counseling. She is the founder and director of The FACE Program, a psycho-educational approach to weight management and compulsive eating issues.
